Exterior Residential Designs

Our custom homes can be found all over the Treasure Valley, and each build is customized and designed uniquely. We have experience building a wide range of custom homes: from multiple single family residential homes on sub-standard lots in the Boise Bench neighborhood; to a team of three houses near Boise State University; to a 3,500 square foot plus house in Sand Hollow, Idaho. Each home built by KD Kolnes Construction has its own unique character, and every build is hands-on from start to finish.
